An original questionnaire for exploring 18 early maladaptive schemas.
Rate the statements based on how you feel most of the time, not just in the current moment.
Example:
A. 4 I worry that people I care about will not like me.
The Schema Reflect Inventory uses 144 original statements to help you compare 18 emotional patterns. It usually takes 20–30 minutes, and your answers and results stay in your browser.
This is an educational self-reflection tool, not a diagnosis and not the proprietary YSQ-S3. Use the profile as a hypothesis for journaling or a conversation with a professional.
Want to understand the model first? Read the Schema Reflect Inventory guide.
Fictional example: eight answers for one schema — 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 2, 2, 2 — total 16 of 32 possible points. The profile shows 50% and the label “Moderate”.
The percentage describes your answers, not the probability of a diagnosis. Missing answers reduce the total without changing the maximum of 32; an unfinished profile should not be read as low schema intensity. Edited wording stays in the same scoring group but can change what an answer means.
