Responsible operator

Solodovnikov Oleksandr, an individual entrepreneur (ФОП) in Ukraine; D-U-N-S 667680588. Contact: [email protected].

Categories and sources

You provide answers and personal edits. The browser calculates schema/coping summaries from those answers and saves progress; these may reveal mental-health information. They are processed locally after your explicit choice and are not sent to the operator for scoring or storage. Website requests generate IP addresses, page paths and connection/security records at Cloudflare; a topic in a path may reveal health-related interests. If you choose to email sensitive information, it also enters personal Gmail. Please do not send answers or reports.

Purposes and choices

Local answers support only the self-reflection features you request. You may refuse or withdraw local processing consent and continue reading information pages. Hosting and security records deliver and protect requested pages; we do not use those logs to assign health conditions or advertise. Optional Google Analytics is limited to general information pages; questionnaire and topic-specific content pages are excluded. The analytics choice is separate from local processing consent.

Sharing and recipients

We do not sell questionnaire answers or share them for advertising, research or model training, and do not operate health-location geofencing. Local questionnaire content is available to others only through your browser/device access or a report you choose to share. Cloudflare handles delivery/security data. Google provides optional general-page analytics and consumer Gmail for correspondence. They may process relevant website/correspondence data internationally as described in the general policy. We do not ask you to authorize disclosure of answers to those providers.

Retention and deletion

Local answers remain until you delete/reset them or the browser removes them. Withdraw consent or delete all saved answers using the controls on the main Privacy page. Downloaded PDFs, shared reports and device backups are separate. Provider security records and any correspondence follow the retention purposes and criteria in the general policy; local deletion does not erase provider-held records.

Requests, withdrawal and appeals

Depending on applicable law, you may ask about access, recipients, correction, deletion and withdrawal of consent for consumer health data. Email the operator with a short description of the request; do not attach answers or identity documents unless necessary and specifically requested. We cannot look up browser-only answers, but can explain local deletion and address information held by us or providers. If a request is refused, you may appeal by replying with the decision and reasons for reconsideration. Applicable regulator and court rights remain available, including a complaint to the Washington Attorney General where that law applies. You do not have to contact us before complaining to a regulator.
